Another promising star, American rapper Pop Smoke has just left this world as he died in a fatal home invasion robbery. He was born on July 20, 1999 in Brooklyn, New York and was considered as the future of American rap and also considered as one of the greatest talents of his generation by many. Pop got into music in his 18s while hanging out around and started working on mixing songs of blockbuster songs within the New York City.
He was developing music influenced by the Chicago Drill, which went into the London producers’ mixer. He leaves behind hits like “Welcome to the Party” and “Dior” to his name which would be cherished forever. Pop Smoke Dead: Cause of Death
The rapper was at home on the Hollywood Hills in Los Angeles around 4:30 a.m. when two men wearing masks and hoods broke the door of his house. According to a police source, the two men fired several shots which hit and fatally injured Pop Smoke. The men were then seen leaving the scene on foot. Pop Smoke was taken directly to the Cedars-Sinai medical center where his death was declared.
The suspects have not been arrested, and so far have not been identified. It is not yet known if Pop Smoke knew his attackers. One person was handcuffed to the scene, but the police determined that he was not involved in the shooting, and was therefore released. American rap loses one of its rising stars, rest well pop!
