Cesar Gandia from the Money Heist is the character played by José Manuel Poga and suddenly became one of the most underrated characters. He was born in Jerez de la Frontera in 1980 and from an early age, he was inclined towards the arts, especially comedy and acting. Jose gained professional coaching of acting from Asta Regia Institute where he used to participate in students plays. Career

Then he appeared in Arrayan (2010) and in 2011, he made the leap to the big screen playing a doctor in A Square World. Throughout his career, he worked in major Spanish language productions and prior before his breakthrough role of Gandia, he got fame for his role as Tobias in Fugitiva. Apart from this, he got credited in movies like Organge Honey, Unit 7 and El Nino. Most recently he just overshadowed the star cast of Money Heist and with his acting as a badass villain, he just nailed the show single handedly frightened whole gang.
