She was born on 1st December 1988 in Venice Beach, Los Angeles, California and belongs to African-American and Jewish ancestry.  Her parents separated their way when she was just five years old so childhood spent mostly with her mother. When she turned 11 years then decided to live on with her father Lenny although quite often Zoe visited her mother and spend some valuable time. Kravitz studied at Miami Counstry Day School in Miami, Florida, and later enrolled at Rudolf Steiner School in Manhattan where she completed graduation in 2007.

Career

She started to study acting at New York State University, in Purchase, and dropped out of school to move to Brooklyn, in order to begin her acting career. In 2007, she made her debut in the small role of babysitter in romantic comedy No Reservations where she worked with Catherine Zeta-Jones and Aaron Eckhart. During 2007 to 2010 she appeared in so many movies either in small or recurring roles or we can say it was just the beginning of the spectacular journey.

Her career certainly took off from 2011 as she made breakthrough role in television and her first major role of “Angel Salvadore” in X-Men First Class. From 2013 to 2019 she included in the so many leading roles which includes Harry Potter spin off series in both Fantastic Beasts sequel as Leta Lestrange. In the role of Christina in Divergent, Allegiant and Allegiant she emerged as the rising star and establish her reputation in the film industry. At present, she is currently playing the main character Rob in the romantic comedy web series “High Fidelity” on Hulu.
